If I fill my days with activities and thoughts and entertainment that causes fear, anger, or greed, then I'm feeding the wolf. If you feed anger, resen...I think Gramps is right. If you feed anger, resentment, etc. by dwelling on it constantly and allowing it to run your life, it wins.
